In this role all the threads that keep day to day operations running smoothly come together. You act as a staff position that keeps our CEO's back free and holds the operational overview for the front and back office.

The work calls above all for joined up thinking, forward planning, reliability and proactive action. A completed commercial apprenticeship is an advantage, rounded off by commitment, enthusiasm and creativity.

Your responsibilities

Running the front office, including phone reception and first contact for customers and suppliers
Supporting product management to expand our range
Back office ownership: planning, logistics coordination and stock overview
Marketing support across web presence, social media and advertising campaigns
Assisting with financial accounting
Representing the company in person at trade fairs and events
Coordinating travel, appointments and scheduling
